Hello Pixifiers!
We are excited to announce that after 10 years of dedication and love, Tim is transitioning to Board Member and Advisor. On behalf of the entire Pixifi community, THANK YOU!
Moving forward, we are thrilled to introduce Kjael, who has stepped in as majority owner and CEO. Kjael brings a wealth of experience to the role and is committed to maintaining Pixifi’s culture of service and iterative improvement, while bringing a range of new resources to quickly enhance the Pixifi experience over the next number of months.
In addition to Kjael, we are also excited to announce new dedicated leadership for Product Management and Operations, as well as a new strategic CTO advisor on the Board.

You can expect the same responsive, totally human customer support you've always received from Pixifi. We are also always eager for feedback and are action-oriented—meaning we listen and move fast to improve your experience.
An injection of new resources focused on customer success:
This includes a new support center with a big refresh of content based on common topics and newest feature releases. We will be implementing new tools to systematize customer support, accelerating response times and proactively communicating updates. Plus, we are simplifying the guided onboarding experience, allowing you to quickly realize value from the Pixifi platform and minimizing the learning curve.
New leadership and funding for Product Enhancements:
We are also making product enhancements, including improving data integrity and security, refreshing core integrations (merchant accounts and calendars), and updating your client-facing tools (branded and customized: booking pages, proposals, client portals, etc.). You will also notice a light refresh to Pixifi’s digital presence (brand and website).
We are already executing on the above roadmap, and please expect consistent updates along the way!
