As a function of our new operational technology backbone, we have EXCELLENT visibility into support ticket patterns over time, which provides critical direction for product roadmap decisions and support content - see below for Tickets by Module and Category for the last 30 days.
The distribution by Category is quite common, with 'How to' and 'Technical Issue' leading the way. You'll notice a decline in 'How to' tickets, which is a direct result of refreshed support content providing users with actionable direction in real-time, preventing the need to create a support ticket to begin with...
