📸 PRODUCT  -- implemented a series of system enhancements to improve questionnaire functionality, streamline notifications, optimize booking services, and upgrade the referral tooling

📸 PRODUCT 

Enhancements:

  1. Added an {event_locations_names_plaintext} variable for including location names in automatically generated event names
  2. Refreshed the in-app referral module to provide a discount to those receiving a studio referral link (20% for the first six months) and clear visibility into referrals made

Bug Fixes:

  1. Validation to successfully mark contract reminders as sent, improving notifications and reminders.
  2. Improved functionality of questionnaire checkboxes, now they can handle double quotes in their labels and save user selections properly
  3. Optimized saving mechanism for short questionnaires, ensuring all checkbox selections are saved even when user interaction is quick
  4. Fine-tuned the staff event confirmation SMS system, ensuring messages are delivered to the correct staff member
  5. Streamlined the removal process of saved payment methods for Pixifi users, allowing them to act on behalf of their customers
  6. Refined booking page service configurations, eliminating unintended buffer times from the incremental mode to ensure smoother bookings
  7. Upgraded the system to prevent event an event status associated with deleted workflows from interfering with existing workflows
  8. Improved the referral counting mechanism on the Lead -> Referral Sources page, eliminating the risk of double counting same customer referrals
