💥 PIXIFI'S 1ST PRODUCT ROADMAP ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE RELEASED NEXT WEEK VIA EMAIL AND OUR BLOG.

As a quick sneak peek, we'll be tackling Pixifi's broader Design System and Brand Settings (see ya CSS!). We'll then proceed to refreshing the user experience / interface for both users and your clients across the following: 

  • EMAIL TEMPLATES
  • BOOKING PAGE TEMPLATES
  • INQUIRY FORM TEMPLATES 
  • PROPOSAL TEMPLATES
  • CLIENT PORTALS

Much more to come, we're psyched!

 

Bug Fixes:

  • Enhanced booking page settings to ensure accuracy in generating time slots around staff breaks, ensuring alignment with specified daily time ranges
  • Improved email template functionality, ensuring variables can be styled consistently with the rest of the text
  • Streamlined the lead/client referral process to accurately record referrals without duplications
  • Upgraded the Vendors listing interface, allowing users to easily clear the "Assigned to Events From" filter
  • Refined the Vendor listing's pagination system, ensuring smooth navigation regardless of applied filters.
  • Optimized the workflow trigger mechanism, now efficiently listing recipients when creating a questionnaire and sending an email simultaneously
  • Adjusted the Proposal system to accurately process and validate single-digit due amounts, facilitating seamless payment collection
  • Enhanced the new-style inquiry forms to ensure the Country field validation works properly, even if users don't interact with the input
  • Upgraded the time zone setting in new-style inquiry forms, ensuring default time zones set for leads are consistently honored
  • Improved the Project Lead conversion process, ensuring it correctly lists Project Workflows for a more intuitive user experience

 


 

🤝 CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Support Analytics / Comments:

As a function of our new operational technology backbone, we have EXCELLENT visibility into support ticket patterns over time, which provides critical direction for product roadmap decisions and support content - see below for Tickets by Module and Category for the last 30 days.

The distribution by Category is quite common, with 'How to' and 'Technical Issue' leading the way. You'll notice a decline in 'How to' tickets, which is a direct result of refreshed support content providing users with actionable direction in real-time, preventing the need to create a support ticket to begin with... 

The distribution by Module highlights areas like Brand & Application Settings and Leads & Clients. This direction was translated directly to the roadmap decisions and prioritization...
