New and improved Pixifi Academy and Support Center
Hello Pixifiers!
The last time you heard from us, we mentioned 'an injection of new resources focused on customer success'. With that, we're excited to announce the launch of our new support center, a consolidated hub of all the support content and resources that Pixifi offers.

A FEW OF THE HIGHLIGHTS:
The new support center is the first milestone in our effort to streamline and modernize the resources we provide to ensure users quickly find the answers they need and get the most from the platform. Here are a few of the highlights:
- Straightforward search functionality, making it easy for you to find what you are looking for
- Content organized by categories and subcategories so you can dive deep on any specific topic, including content ranging from user guides with video tutorials to troubleshooting articles
WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE?
Our true goal is to provide the exact support content you need and make it super easy to find so no one has to wait on Pixifi for answers. Getting everything in one place and making relevant content more 'discoverable' is indeed the first milestone. But we still have a lot of work to do. From here, the plan is to identify gaps and dated content to then create and refresh accordingly. Support interactions are SUPER useful for this purpose and will be our guiding light. Said another way, we will build resources to match the exact areas folks get hung up on...
